We want you to love your purchase.
Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully, as original artworks and merchandise follow different rules.
1. Returns for Original Artworks
Because each artwork is a unique, hand-painted original, all sales of original artworks are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Original paintings

Custom or commissioned pieces
-
Limited edition prints (if applicable)
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist you.
2. Returns for Merchandise Items
We accept returns for merchandise within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

Original tags must be attached

The item must be returned in its original or equivalent packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item:

Include photos of the item and the packaging

We will review your case and replace or refund the item as appropriate
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Sale items (unless defective)
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered for merchandise and only if:

the item is defective,

the size is incorrect (if available), or

the product was sent in error.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages
CD Arts Sensations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
Please contact the shipping provider directly for assistance.
