International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

6. Returns & Refunds

For original artworks and custom items:
All sales are final, unless damaged during shipment.

For merchandise:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery in unused condition.
