SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping at CD Arts Sensations.
This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your order will be shipped and delivered.


1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within:

  • 3–7 business days for original artworks (due to packaging and protection requirements)

Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly extended.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/size of your items.

Typical delivery times:

Germany

  • Original artworks: 10-21 business days

European Union

  • Original artworks: 20–30 business days

  • prints 14-21 business days

Worldwide

  • Original artworks: 30–60 business days
    (Subject to customs and international transit conditions)

  • Prints 20-40 business days

3. Shipping of Original Artworks

Original paintings require special packaging to ensure safe arrival.
All artworks are:

  • protected with acid-free layers

  • securely wrapped

  • shipped in custom-made boxes or art crates

  • insured (optional but recommended)

If you prefer a specific carrier or want extra insurance, contact us at cdarts@gmail.com before ordering.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes.
These fees are determined by your country and must be paid by the customer.

CD Arts Sensations is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with:

  • shipping confirmation

  • tracking number

  • link to track your package

If you don’t receive tracking details, please check your spam folder or contact us.


6. Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged:

  • contact the carrier directly using your tracking number

  • notify us at cdarts@gmail.com so we can assist if needed

For damaged items, please email photos within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a claim with the carrier.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct.
We are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.


8. Local Pickup

Local pickup in Hamburg may be available upon request for selected artworks.
To arrange this, contact us before placing your order.
