Not every part of us was made to be understood by everyone.
Vera spent too long showing only the parts of herself that felt acceptable, the strong parts, the calm parts, the easy parts.
But wholeness begins when we stop dividing ourselves.
She no longer hides her intensity to make others comfortable. She no longer softens her emotions, questions her contradictions, or apologizes for being too much.
The layers across her face do not erase her.
They reveal her.
Her eyes remain open, clear and present because even behind everything she has learned to protect, she still sees herself.
Vera represents the moment a woman understands that she does not have to choose between being strong and vulnerable, confident and uncertain, soft and powerful.
She can be all of it.
Because becoming whole is not about removing the complicated parts of yourself.
It is about finally allowing them to belong.
And Vera stopped hiding half of herself.
